Meet Chris & Jacqui

Newcastle & Hunter Valley Wedding Photographers

CNJ Photography are Chris and Jacqui. We are partners, raising two amazing boys and sharing a passion for wedding photography in the beautiful Hunter Valley, NSW.

Who we are

Hi, we’re Chris and Jacqui, and thanks for visiting our site. Before making a home and starting our wedding photography business in the Hunter Valley, we worked and travelled all around the world as photographers. We experienced many great adventures and learnt many skills along the way. Now that we have settled with our family in the Hunter Valley we feel very fortunate to be able to live and work as photographers in this beautiful region of Australia.

EXPERIENCED PHOTOGRAPHERS

In recent years Chris and I have worked as freelance wedding photographers and have shot over 200 weddings for reputable wedding photography companies in Sydney and the Hunter Valley region. We are both experienced in photography management, training and leading teams of photographers. I have a BA Degree in Photography from Napier University in Edinburgh. Together we both have 30+ years of photography experience.

Relaxed- We want you to enjoy and feel completely at ease throughout your wedding day.

Storytelling-  We aim to tell the story of your wedding day from the smallest details to the most important moments.

Natural- Capturing the magic as it happens with just a few directions when needed.

Creative- We are always looking for different angles & perspectives to create unique images.

Thoughtful- We aim to capture the moments of pure emotion as well as the little moments that may go unnoticed.

We truly love being Hunter Valley wedding photographers, and are always honoured to be a part of a couple’s special day. We are passionate about continually working to produce beautiful quality wedding images, that couples will always look back on with the same fondness, as the day they were married.
